We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order arrival date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and free of any odors, make up stains and with the original tags - clothing without tags or any of the above will not be accepted under any circumstance.

It Usualy takes 1-2 working days to prepare, and then sends it through international courier companies.

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage. This is final. 

Priority shipping is only time from when we actually bring to post office and ship. All of our products are made to order to be environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste - please allow up to 1 week to receive your order.

Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification.
